Richard Warren, Ph.D.
Richard Warren, Ph.D., earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State, and M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green. He completed internship training at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. He has been a partner of Exeter Counseling Center since 2000.
Rick is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience. Working with adult, adolescent, and elderly clients, he focuses on developing a supportive, collaborative relationship in which clients can better understand themselves, their emotions, and the sources of and solutions to their depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. His approach involves helping people develop new ways of dealing with their emotions and relationships and develop positive and meaningful approaches for navigating a wide range of life challenges and transitions.
Rick is a Licensed Psychologist in New Hampshire. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the New Hampshire Psychological Association. In the past, he served as the NH Federal Advocacy Coordinator for APA and on the Board of Directors of NHPA.
